The hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with excellent room quality, but was lacking in some modern amenities. The location is convenient for exploring the island, and the dining options were decent, although the buffet could use improvement. I had a delightful stay at the resort spa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and presented to a high standard. I enjoyed the exceptional dining experience, especially the homemade pies and jams. However, the location was a bit far from the center of Douglas, making transportation a bit of a hassle.
